Submission Procedures
- 1. Applicant reviews the entire content of the EisaiGrants.com Medical Education website.
- 2. Applicant selects applicable “Therapeutic Area” below and is directed to the
corresponding web page for detailed submission instructions. Applicant must ensure
the appropriate Therapeutic Area is selected to ensure accuracy in tracking the
grant application and to avoid any delays in reviewing the application.
- 3. Applicant completes the Eisai Medical Education Grant Application and submits to
the Medical Education Coordinator (MEC). Note: Applications should be submitted
at least 45 days prior to the scheduled program or activity or to any applicable
submission deadline to which the Requestor is subject. Requests submitted
less than 45 days prior to the scheduled program/activity or to any applicable
submission deadline to which the Requestor is subject will be reviewed at the
Committee’s discretion. Requests submitted less than 30 days prior to the
scheduled program/activity or to any applicable submission deadline to which the
Requestor is subject will not be reviewed by the Committee. Grants requests may
also be
rejected if they are considered to be incomplete.
- 4. MEC ensures that the Applicant has correctly completed all components of the
application and then forwards the Request to the Eisai Medical Education Grants
Committee for review and approval.
- 5. MEC notifies Applicant whether grant has been approved or denied.
Approval is on a conditional basis, subject to execution of an agreement in a form
acceptable to Eisai.
- 6. If application is approved, the MEC oversees the process of generating a written
agreement between Eisai and the applicable requesting organization(s).
- 7. Upon contract execution, MEC arranges for issuance of payment(s) as per
contract requirements.
- 8. ALL MATTERS RELATING TO EDUCATIONAL GRANTS MUST BE DIRECTED
